This practical workshop equips staff with the awareness and tools to handle challenging behaviour calmly and professionally. \nParticipants will explore what might be driving the behaviour\, assess risk and make appropriate decisions\, and recognise their own emotional triggers and responses. They’ll learn practical communication techniques to defuse tension\, set boundaries\, and achieve effective outcomes for everyone involved. The session concludes with reflection and action planning to support confident application in daily practice.
