Particular attention is given to role clarity\, accountability\, organisational boundaries and the relationship between formal authority and influence.  \nThe session examines how PCN Managers can build credibility\, establish effective relationships with Clinical Directors\, practices and wider system partners\, and provide leadership where responsibility may exceed direct organisational authority.
