Delegates explore how to establish clear scope\, outcomes\, responsibilities\, governance and milestones and how to manage dependencies where delivery is shared across different organisations.  \nThe session introduces practical approaches to project initiation\, planning\, risk and issue management\, governance\, reporting and benefits realisation.
