We will discuss other types of contraception and go into greater depth about other considerations e.g. epilepsy and diabetes. Scenarios will consolidate the learning to help you deal with side effects and be able to counsel patients in other types of contraception. Brief overview of STIs and testing. We will be using the UKMEC.

The course will cover both the theory and practical elements.?  \nAdditionally\, the course will also enable clinicians to develop confidence in decision-making around compression products and the application of compression garments and bandages.?  \nAim of Course: \nTo gain knowledge and practice in manual and automated Doppler assessment as part of the comprehensive assessment of vascular supply of the lower limb \nNote: Please bring your team Doppler kit to this session to practice with (if your practice has one – there will be spares at the training if you aren’t able to bring one).
