An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for experienced Practice Nurse(s) to join one of the top rated GP surgery’s in Bristol based on patients feedback our friendly team based within the heart of the community at Sea Mills North West Bristol within easy access of the M5.

We are looking for a Practice Nurse to join our welcoming and professional team delivering chronic disease management , health education and treatment room services working within our supportive clinical team of Doctors, Nurses and HCAs to provide outstanding clinical care and support to our patients and each other.

Hours are flexible we are looking to recruit up to 30 hours per week for this post (flexible working/jobs share considered)

You should be

Confident with experience of working within General Practice,  you will either already be qualified in area(s) of chronic disease management, be knowledgeable and motivated by the diversity of nursing in general practice with experience of cytology and dressings. Supported  by a Lead Nurse, you will also be able to work autonomously and supportive of the wider practice team’s endeavours.

The surgery is a vibrant training practice comprising of a supportive and approachable team of seven doctors (Three partners) Three nurses and two Health Care Assistants working along-side a committed friendly admin and reception team providing care for 7,800 patients. We are actively engaged within the Affinity Primary Care Network.
