Montpelier Health Centre is a busy medical practice serving approximately 20,000 patients in central Bristol (just off Stokes Croft). We are looking for a Medical Administrator to provide a high quality service to the Practice and our patients. This permanent post is for 30 hours per week.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, well organised Medical Administrator to join our busy team. You must have excellent interpersonal and IT skills. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy GP practice and must be able to use EMIS – E-referrals. Knowledge of medical terminology is essential. You will provide efficient medical administrative/secretarial support to the GPs; this includes the preparation and production of patient referral letters, reports and general correspondence in an accurate and timely manner. This is an extremely interesting and challenging role so you will need to be a motivated and committed individual. Salary dependent on experience.
