those individuals within some of the local criminal justice system settings. We currently operate within
secure settings across the Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Wiltshire area.

workforce that is skilled, competent and confident in taking care of our patients.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Registered Healthcare Professional to join our Healthcare team to provide a range
of physical healthcare services to the adult femal patients at HMP Eastwood Park.

This team provides nursing, advanced clinical practice and GP services, all of which come together to
provide high quality planned primary care and urgent/acute care and clinical substance misuse

First Night and Secondary Screening of new admissions, Health Checks, responding to medical
emergencies, as well as administering medicine or prescribed treatment programmes and
interventions (within guidelines of relevant professional bodies) will be some of the key duties in this
role.

The success of this role relies on strong clinical skills, effective communication, the ability to work
effectively within a team and on own initiative, as well as a willingness to be flexible and to adapt.

ABOUT YOU
Our ideal candidate will have a Valid, up-to-date professional registration with the relevant
professional body (e.g. GMC, NMC, HCPC etc.) as well as experience in consistently applying clinical

services with evidence of continued professional development post-registration. A warm, person-centred approach to caring for patients is a quality we look for in all our people.
You will need to be competent and confidence in autonomous working, critical thinking and evidence
based clinical decision making, whilst working within a multi-disciplinary team as well as good
organizational skills to support the smooth running of the physical health service.
