We are a busy, dynamic and forward-thinking GP Practice working from new premises which opened in December 2017. Our New Pharmacy opened in April 2018 which will allow further opportunities to work more cohesively with the Pharmacy in delivering first class patient care.
Our Practice is set to grow rapidly over the next few years due to local housing planning strategy and population growth generally. We are a cohesive team and have a patient focused ethos in everything we do. General Practice today is a challenging but exciting place to work. This is an operational role; a strong ‘can-do’ ‘change ready’ attitude together with an amenable and respectful personality is critical. You will be a strong advocate for the organisation and implementer in the strategic direction of the organisation.
We are looking for: A natural multi-tasker and team player, you will evidence: strong interpersonal skills from team building to performance management – effective decision-making – solve problems efficiently and with diplomacy. Have comprehensive IT Skills – be clear about level/scope of the role and support the Practice Manager in all operational aspects of the organisation. You will be an excellent communicator at all levels and very well organised. Work under pressure remaining calm, focused and approachable.
Possibly with – Previous experience in GP setting and similar role – have experience and qualifications relevant to the post. Salary dependent on Qualifications and Experience
