Salaried GP – Green Valleys Health

We are seeking a Salaried GP with a view to partnership- NE Bristol (Emersons Green and Leap Valley Surgery) for 4-6 sessions

We are looking to recruit a salaried GP with an opportunity to join our partnership in 12-24 months as part of our succession planning.  This role would be eligible for the NHS “New to Partnership Payment Scheme” which provides £20000 to support establishment as a new partner.

We also realise partnership may not be for everyone and would gladly welcome applications from those who wish to apply as salaried GPs. There is potential to develop leadership roles within our organisation with additional responsibilities which would also attract a higher level of remuneration.

We welcome applications from newly qualified GPs.  We have in house mentorship scheme but also actively encourage and support those who wish to participate in the General Practice Fellowship programme. This scheme provides funded CPD and mentorship over a two-year programme of support, available to all newly-qualified GPs working substantively in general practice.
