Training – why we are so proud of what we offer

Avon LMC has held the budget for BNSSG Practices to provide training as part of the Practice Staff Training Programme for in excess of 10 years. We pride ourselves on being able to achieve economies of scale on behalf of the Practices by running courses that delegates from all of our Practices can attend. We strive to ensure that we provide high quality courses across a range of subject areas, and via a range of learning methods – both face-to-face and via e-learning. We run a training needs analysis every year to ensure the programme remains suitable for Practice need, and actively respond to feedback. Our online booking system and newly improved website ensures that people can access the training in an efficient and user-friendly manner.
