CQC Outstanding rated, dynamic and innovative practice seeks two 6-8 session GPs to fill vacancies made available due to retirement and relocation. Our surgery is located 20 minutes’ drive north of Cheltenham within the beautiful Cotswolds and easy reach of Bath, Bristol and Birmingham.

£10k/session/year dependent on experience

6 weeks annual leave plus one weeks’ study leave per annum

Excellent PCN team to help reduce GP workload including pharmacists, visiting paramedics (rare GP home visits), first contact practitioner (senior physiotherapist), social prescriber (adult and children), frailty team and chaplaincy service.

We practice from fantastic purpose built premises with excellent facilities and designated staff parking.

We are a high achieving, high earning, non-dispensing SystmOne practice using Ardens templates. We serve an expanding population of over 13,700 patients. Our team consists of eight GP Partners and one Salaried GP in addition to an extensive nursing and administrative team. As a Practice we strive to provide high quality continuity of care with 15 minute routine appointments and a blend of face to face and telephone contacts. We offer a range of extended services including minor surgery and sexual health.

Our GPs are encouraged to develop extended roles which currently include a GP Cardiologist, PCN Clinical Director, RDS (Cancer) GP, Occupational Health Doctor, Appraiser, Sexual Health Doctor, and GP and Medical Student Trainers. We are also the designated Lead Practice for our Primary Care Network (TWNS).
