BMA ‘Let’s Talk about Brexit and the NHS’

Dear Colleagues

BMA ‘Let’s Talk about Brexit and the NHS’

Monday 19th November 2018 at Engineers House, The Promenade, Clifton Bristol BS8 3NB 19:00 – 21:00 [2 course hot supper from 18:45. Talk begins at 19:30]

The SW Local Engagement team invites you to an informal evening in Bristol, to meet with colleagues from all branches of practice and discuss how the NHS may be impacted by Brexit.

The BMA is committed to working to safeguard the future of the medical profession and how it delivers patient care. The Association is involved in consultations with Government to keep key priorities at the forefront of negotiations.  Dr Andrew Dearden, GP, BMA Brexit lead; BMA Treasurer and member of BMA Council, will present the BMA’s perspectives, and facilitate an open forum discussion.

Come and share your views, debate what’s important and contribute to the hottest issue of the day! Please encourage medical students, junior doctors, SAS and Consultant colleagues and GPs to come and join a lively evening – with supper and time for networking.
