This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced and dynamic individual to join our transformation team.  To understand the Urgent Care landscape and to align General Practice priorities and those of the system, through the implementation of transformational projects which improve and develop Urgent Care pathways for patients

We work closely with our practices together with primary and secondary care providers to amplify their voices in discussions and decisions about the delivery of healthcare in our area. Our vision is to empower general practice.

Ideally, we are looking to recruit an experienced Programme Manager (especially those with experience of working within the NHS but this is not essential).
