Cardiology Programme Manager

18.75 hrs per week. 6 months fixed term contract

Salary £46,148 to £52,809

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced and dynamic individual to join our transformation team. Ideally, we are looking to recruit someone who has knowledge of strategic Cardiology initiatives. You will understand the Cardiology landscape and to align General Practice priorities and those of the system, through the implementation of transformational projects which improve and develop Cardiology pathways for patients.

We work closely with our practices together with primary and secondary care providers to amplify their voices in discussions and decisions about the delivery of healthcare in our area. Our vision is to empower general practice.
