Were looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Manager with a passion for Primary Care finance to take a leading role in driving our financial strategy, business growth, and contractual excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact at both practice and PCN level, working at the heart of a forward-thinking healthcare organisation.

In this influential leadership role, you'll collaborate closely with the Senior Practice Manager and Head of Nursing and AHPs to ensure strong financial governance, transparent reporting, and a clear strategic vision for sustainable success. You'll be at the forefront of decision-making, providing expert insight into financial performance while supporting innovation and service development.

With your in-depth knowledge of Primary Care funding streams, PCN finance (including ARRS), and contract management, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping new opportunities, optimising resources, and ensuring full compliance with NHS financial frameworks.
