Following the planned retirement of our longstanding senior partner after many years with the practice, we are looking for a 4–8 session GP Partner to join us from April 2027.

This is a planned succession within a stable and successful partnership. We are not looking for a like-for-like replacement: we want someone who will bring their own experience, interests and ideas, have a genuine voice within the partnership and help shape the next stage of the practice’s development.

We have a cohesive and highly experienced wider team, low staff turnover and strong working relationships across the practice. We are also fortunate to be part of a supportive and high-functioning PCN. We use technology pragmatically, to improve systems and reduce unnecessary work while retaining the personal, team-based approach that matters to our patients and staff.

Our unique location also sets us apart.

We are based in central Bristol in a beautiful, Grade II listed building, surrounded by lovely gardens.

It’s a rather special setting with plenty of character. And, in something of a rarity for central Bristol, we even have a large car park!

It isn't a conventional health centre – and we rather like it that way.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for more than someone to fill a vacancy. We want to find the right person to become the next member of our partnership.

That may be an established GP Partner looking for a new opportunity, or a GP considering partnership for the first time. What matters to us is finding someone who shares our commitment to high-quality patient care, values being part of a strong team and wants to contribute to the future direction of the practice.
