This practical module equips clinical leaders with structured approaches to driving meaningful improvement in patient care.
Delegates will be introduced to the principles of Quality Improvement and improvement science, including PDSA cycles, Root Cause Analysis and measurement for improvement. The session explores how data and team engagement can be used to lead successful improvement projects and sustain positive changes within services.
