Hanham Health is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join our supportive, forward-thinking and innovative clinical team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract (offering 4-6 sessions). We welcome applications from newly qualified GPs, experienced Salaried GPs, GPs returning to practice and those seeking a portfolio career.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver face-to-face and telephone consultations.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centred care across the full spectrum of General Practice.
• Undertake home visits when clinically appropriate.
• Process workflow and clinical correspondence efficiently.
• Review and authorise prescriptions and medication queries.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues.
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical governance activities.
• Support achievement of QOF and other quality standards.
• Participate in practice meetings, education sessions and service development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate, high-quality clinical records.
