NHS England has produced ‘supportive guidance’ for the individual elements of Collective Action.  The guidance focuses on the contractual obligations relevant to each of the potential actions that general practice may choose to take.
 
For those practices that have already started collective action, we want to make you aware of this guidance. For the majority of practices in BNSSG who are waiting for the results of the Avon LMC Collective Action survey and a unified approach across our patch, we will discuss this NHS England guidance in the context of the survey results at the meeting on Tuesday 10th September 19:00-21:00 at BAWA.
