

BMA Local Event – Resilience and Well-Being for Doctors
Doctors experience difficult and emotionally challenging situations in the front line of healthcare. It is therefore crucial that the inherent and increasing stresses are recognised, and staff are prepared for the potential impact of such pressures on their well-being.
