Fire Marshall Training (am)

Description:

Who Should Attend?

The person with direct responsibility as Fire Marshall within the Practice

Learning Outcomes

Introduce learners to Fire Safety and Awareness. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:
Recognise the cause of workplace fires;
Name the six classes of fire
Safely choose correct fire extinguisher
Streamlining Fire Marshall functions to core individuals as part of Practice commitment to statutory and mandatory training for staff
Empowering those members of a multidisciplinary team to work collaboratively to adhere to fire safety procedures

Recurrent Abdominal Pain

Description:

Seldom serious but a cause of great worry and often repeated presentations, and a very tricky consultation in children with concerned parents. We will cover red flag symptoms, and discuss management of those with functional abdominal pain.

As per National Minimum Standards and Core Curriculum for Immunisation training (2018) Current issues in vaccination Recent epidemiology of vaccine preventable diseases Any changes to the National Immunisation Schedule Any changes to legislation relevant to vaccination Anaphylaxis recognition and management Review of current practice and identification of areas for improvement Q & A session for commonly encountered problems in practice.
