In this workshop we will explore the recruitment process, end-to-end, and provide a helpful checklist for ensuring you get the most out of your recruitment journey. We will cover adverts and routes to market, interviews, and selection from both an internal and external perspective, DE&I considerations, talent pipelines, and internal mobility. We will explore data metrics and GDPR best practice, as well as some recruitment trends.
