Strategic Management Programme – Advanced 2 Leading in Uncertainty (Virtual)

Summary:

This advanced module develops the judgement, adaptability and leadership discipline required to lead effectively when information is incomplete, and conditions are changing. 

Delegates will explore how to distinguish between known risks, emerging risks and ambiguity, and how to select the right leadership response through control, adaptation and influence. The session develops practical approaches to scenario thinking, decision-making, communication, resilience and leadership alignment. 

The module recognises that uncertainty cannot always be removed. Instead, leaders must create direction, coherence and confidence while remaining able to adapt as circumstances evolve.
