ICB boundary changes

Following discussions with ministers, NHS England is proposing several new ICB footprints, mergers, and boundary changes to come into effect on 1 April 2026. Our Technical guidance supports ICBs as they implement the proposed NHS England-led mergers and boundary changes to take effect on 1 April 2026 and 1 April 2027.
