We are based in a leafy, suburban area of North-West Bristol; conveniently close to the M5 motorway and an easy and pleasant drive from central Bristol.
We are looking for a passionate, forward thinking Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly team in a brand new part time role

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver high-quality, patient centred care while working autonomously within your professional scope. You will assess, diagnose, and manage patients, making clinical decisions in line with established procedures and protocols set out by our GPs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and treating patients independently
- Prescribing medications safely and appropriately
- Requesting and interpreting investigations
- Delivering evidence-based interventions to optimise patient outcomes
- Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent continuity of care
You will be a registered NMC Nurse with extensive post registration experience, with a Masters level qualification or equivalent in advanced clinical practice and an independent Non-Medical Prescriber
