Role: Care Navigator

Contract: Bank (zero hours flexible)

Salary: £12.71 per hour probation rate, pay review on completion of probation

Wellspring Surgery is recruiting Care Navigator/Administrator roles to work with us to support our dynamic and diverse community of 11000 patients. We are located in the Wellspring Healthy Living Centre, Barton Hill. The postholder will need to be available for either morning shifts 8am til 2 or afternoon 1 – 6.30pm (or both).

The postholder will be part of a friendly and busy team, ensuring patients’ needs are met in the most appropriate way and providing workflow administration.  We always aim to provide a positive experience for our patients.
