comprised of Backwell Surgery, Long Ashton Surgery, Brockway and Tower House Medical Centres in Nailsea

 

Patient Care Navigator (Receptionist)

 Due to some restructuring of the reception team, we are now looking for the following:

 Backwell Medical Centre 21.5hrs per week (Job A)

Monday 8.00am – 1.30pm, Tuesday 8.00am – 1.30pm,
Wednesday 8.00am – 1.30pm and Thursday 1.30pm – 6.30pm

 Backwell Medical Centre 16hrs per week (Job B)

Tuesday 1.30pm – 6.30pm, Thursday 8.00am – 1.30pm and Friday 8.00am – 1.30pm

 Brockway Medical Centre 21.5hrs per week (Job C)

Monday 8.00am – 1.30pm, Tuesday 1.30pm – 6.30pm,
Wednesday 8.00am – 1.30pm and Friday 8.00am – 1.30pm

Brockway Medical Centre 16.5hrs per week (Job D)

Tuesday 8.00am – 1.30pm, Wednesday 8.00am – 1.30pm and Friday 1.30pm – 6.30pm

 

Candidates will need to be a team player with a passion for giving excellent customer service.

Phone and reception experience, a good level of keyboard/IT skills and the ability to demonstrate a good command of spoken and written English are essential for the above position.

Previous experience gained within the NHS, along with a working knowledge of EMIS and medical terminology is preferred.  Some early morning/evening work will be required, along with the occasional Saturday.
