What you will be doing...
- Delivering a high-quality phlebotomy service to a diverse patient population
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring all documentation is completed to the highest standard
- Managing your appointments effectively and contributing to the smooth running of clinics
- Working collaboratively with the wider practice team
- Adhering to infection prevention and control procedures, health and safety requirements, and professional standards
- Responding professionally to changing priorities and service demands while maintaining a calm, patient focused approach
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of services, and helping to ensure our patients receive the best possible care and service.

What you need...
Qualifications
- Training and competence in phlebotomy
Experience
- Experience of Phlebotomy;
- Experience of using EMIS Web;
- Experience of Primary Care;
- Willing to develop clinical skills and competency relevant to the role as full training will be given.
