Main duties of the job:
The Practice Manager will work closely with the Partners in delivering outstanding care to our patients whilst supporting and leading our staff. The Practice manager will oversee the financial, administrative, human resources, facilities management and business functions of the practice, with the support of a senior leadership team who they will directly line manage.
About the practice:
Montpelier Health Centre is a large, diverse, inner city practice with approximately 20500 patients. We operate out of two purpose-built health centres and our focus is on delivering high quality care to our diverse patient population whilst ensuring our staff are supported and nurtured.
The four Partners are approachable, visible and dedicated, and work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and compassion are values which run throughout the entire organisation.
