Hanham Health is looking for a dynamic Senior Practice Manager to join our forward-thinking organisation and lead the delivery of high-quality services across our four GP practices: Hanham, Oldland, Almondsbury and Pilning.

This is a pivotal senior leadership role for an accomplished professional with a strong background in Primary Care or the NHS, and a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams within complex healthcare environments. You will play a vital part in shaping the future of our services, ensuring our practices run safely, efficiently and effectively, while delivering excellent patient care and maintaining the highest standards of governance and compliance.

Working closely with our Partners and senior leadership team, you will drive strategic development across all sites, champion staff wellbeing, and support strong financial and operational performance.
