The Infected Blood Psychological Service (IBPS) has launched two new ways to access its services.
From October, people wishing to refer themselves for IBPS support are now able to use a new online referral form which they can access via the IBPS website. Also, a dedicated series of regional telephone numbers have been launched which will enable individuals to self-refer directly to their choice of any of the IBPS regional providers across England. The regional telephone lines will provide an additional access route for those who prefer to speak directly with trained staff or who may face barriers to using digital services.
