Thank you to practices for their support in delivering RSV vaccines to eligible patients since the programme launched in September 2024.
Practices are reminded that they are required to proactively call and recall eligible older adults in accordance with the Vaccination and Immunisations Standards. This includes ensuring that the initial offer of an RSV vaccine is made as soon as a patient becomes eligible from their 75th birthday. Eligible registered patients, including women from 28 weeks of pregnancy, should also be offered the vaccination on request / opportunistically. Invite templates are available on GOV.uk and communications materials on the Campaign Resource Centre.
