We are a 4-partner teaching practice serving a patient population of 11,000. Our goal is to create an environment where GPs not only feel supported but also actively value and support their colleagues.     • No on-call commitments.
    • Home visits are typically undertaken by a PCN paramedic.
    • GPs only handle documents they need to review, thanks to a document workflow system.
    • A dedicated prescriptions team manages medication changes.
    • Any home visits are factored into clinical sessions, not admin time.
  • Pay and Conditions:
    • Competitive pay above the BMA average.
    • We observe the BMA contract.
