Seasonal vaccinations site campaign guide AW2025/26 version update

The Seasonal Vaccinations Site Campaign Guide has been updated. Changes from the previous version are highlighted in yellow. Updates include:

• revised National Booking Service (NBS) and Manage Your Appointment (MYA) slides for ease of reading. (slides 20-21)
• an additional summary (slide 31), of onboarding steps for community pharmacies that have signed up for the childhood seasonal flu pharmacy service
• a link to the COVID-19 PGD and protocol (slide 5)

NHS England has sent letters to healthcare professionals to get vaccinated to protect not only themselves from illness during the busy winter months but also protect vulnerable patients by reducing transmission risk.

For this coming winter, NHS England has also developed new resources to support communications to encourage health and social care worker vaccination: Health and Social Care Worker flu vaccination campaign materials. Additionally, materials to support wider winter vaccination communications can be found in the Winter 2025/26 Communications Toolkit.
