Leadership Presence & Influence (F2F)

This module develops the confidence, credibility and communication skills nurse leaders need to influence effectively.

Delegates will explore how effective leaders build influence through relationships rather than authority alone. The session focuses on developing leadership presence, communicating confidently, influencing stakeholders and representing teams effectively across multidisciplinary environments.
