This module supports nurses making the transition from expert clinician to confident leader.
Delegates will explore how leadership differs from clinical practice and develop the confidence and practical skills needed to lead others while maintaining professional credibility. The session considers leadership styles, delegation and accountability, building trust and balancing operational responsibilities with clinical priorities.
