Salaried GP – Cirencester Health Group

Cirencester Health Group is looking for a salaried GP to join our established GMS training practice. We
welcome experienced GPs and newly qualified colleagues seeking a supportive first substantive post.

Our two surgeries are a short walk apart in central Cirencester, serving approximately 12,700 patients.

Working at CHG
We offer 15-minute patient appointments, GP-led total triage, a mix of telephone and face-to-face
consultations, and a low volume of home visits. Duty sessions are shared across the team, and we aim to
accommodate administration and follow-up within the working day.

You will work alongside experienced nursing colleagues, including an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and
Nurse Prescriber, with nurse-led chronic disease clinics. Our wider team includes pharmacy, paramedic,
social prescribing and care-coordination colleagues, supported by experienced administration and
management teams.

Support and professional development
We are a GP training and teaching practice. We provide supportive mentorship for newly qualified GPs,
encourage portfolio careers and offer opportunities to contribute to teaching, service development and
areas of clinical interest over time.

The practice provides in-house vasectomy and minor surgery clinics and works closely with the South
Cotswold PCN and local services. We use SystmOne, Ardens and Accurx.

Interested? Come and meet us.
Informal conversations and visits are very welcome. For further details and how to apply, please contact:
