Booking courses online – FAQs
Here are a few of the more commonly asked questions when booking a course on our online system. If you have any further questions please give us a call on 0117 9702755 and we'll be happy to help.
Do I have a login? Logins are allocated to members of staff who have responsibility for booking training in your practice. This means they can book courses for you. We can provide up to 2 logins per practice.
How do I login? We have a guide which you can access here which shows you how to login it the system.
Is the course fully booked? Once you have clicked to view the course scroll down if the Max Participants says zero (0) then this course is fully booked. The number displayed corresponds to the number of places available to book.
Why are only 3 people from my Practice allowed to attend? We have many Practices and a lot of people to cater for. This means we have to try to fairly apportion places but if you have additional requirements please call us to see if we can help.
How often do I need to do certain courses? Please email email@example.com and we will let you know.
Why is only 1 course being run in my area? We cover a large area consisting of North Somerset, Bristol and South Gloucestershire and have to put courses on in all areas. This means we are being fair to all our Practices in different geographical locations.
